Specialty
Land surveying and cadastre
Topographic surveys, site plans, cadastral documents and land registration.
What it does
The land surveyor measures the land and the buildings, and the cadastral engineer prepares the documents used to enter them in the land register (cartea funciară).
- topographic surveys: plot boundaries, levels, existing buildings and utility networks;
- location plans and site plans, as the basis for the design;
- cadastral documents for registering the land and the buildings in the land register (intabulare);
- cadastral operations: merging and subdividing plots, updating areas;
- setting out the designed building on site.
When you need it
- before design: the topographic plan is the basis on which we place the building and its foundations;
- for the urban planning certificate, when the town hall asks for up-to-date cadastral plans; cadastral operations have a separate type of certificate;
- after the works are finished, to register the building in the land register;
- when legalising an existing building: the cadastral situation and the land register are checked first.
ℹ️ Authorisation
In Romania, cadastral documents are prepared by persons authorised by the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) and are accepted by the county cadastre and land registration office (OCPI).
How we work together
We design on the topographic plan, not on sketches: the ground levels, the property boundaries and the distances to the neighbours are the measured ones. At the end, the cadastral documents record the building as it was built. In Iași and Vaslui counties we work with CADASTRIS S.R.L.
