1. Data controller
DAURON-TRUST SRL, tax ID (CIF) 28064527, Trade Register no. J2011000064378, registered office at Valea Mare 44, Negrești, Vaslui county, Romania, represented by engineer Ursac Andrei Daniel (hereinafter “DAURON TRUST” or “the controller”), processes the personal data collected through this website in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

2. What data we collect and why
The contact form
When you fill in the form on the Contact page, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of the message. The data is sent by email to the company's contact addresses (PHPMailer/SMTP) and used solely to reply to your request.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the agreement box when sending the form, and the controller's legitimate interest in replying to the requests received.
Retention period: messages sent through the form are kept as long as necessary to handle the request and, afterwards, for at most 3 years, unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. a subsequent contractual relationship).
Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics for traffic statistics (pages visited, visit duration, device, approximate geographic area), but only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline or make no choice, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser (see section 5).
International transfer: data collected through Google Analytics may be transferred to and processed by Google LLC in the USA, under Google's standard contractual clauses.
The WhatsApp button on the site takes you to the WhatsApp app — the conversation that follows is processed by Meta/WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy, not by our website.
3. Who we share the data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We may only share it with:
- the hosting (cPanel) and email/SMTP provider, to deliver the messages from the form;
- Google LLC, through Google Analytics — only if you have accepted analytics cookies;
- public authorities, if the law expressly requires us to.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure of data (“the right to be forgotten”);
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- objection to processing;
- withdrawal of consent, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@dauron-trust.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
5. Cookies — how to change your choice
Your choice regarding analytics cookies is saved locally, in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers. To reconsider — e.g. to withdraw the consent given for Google Analytics — clear this site's data in your browser settings (Cookies and site data) and reload the page; the consent banner will appear again.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data sent through the contact form (encrypted connection, restricted access to the SMTP credentials). No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; please do not send sensitive data (financial, medical) through the form unless strictly necessary.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically to reflect legislative changes or changes to the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
