Utility projects

What it does

Utility works connect the building to the networks and to the road.

• water supply: connection to the mains or, where there is no network, a well;
• drainage: connection to the sewer or, in villages, a cesspool emptied by tanker or an individual treatment plant;
• rainwater drainage from the roof and the yard;
• access road, paths, parking, small culverts and ditches;
• extensions of water and sewer networks for groups of houses or small developments.

When you need it

• when the plot is not connected to water, sewer or a road;
• when the urban planning certificate requires approvals from the network operators (water and sewer, electricity, gas);
• for plot subdivisions and housing developments.

How we work together

We coordinate the levels: floor level, drainage falls and sewer depth, so water goes where it should and the foundations do not stand in water.
